If your business has fewer than 50 employees, we have several plan options to choose from.
There are several PPO plans available, as well as an HSA plan and POS plan. We also have a standalone dental plan available.
There is also the exclusive Hi-Low Flex plan, which allows employees to choose either a base plan or buy-up plan to meet their coverage needs while staying within budget. Your fixed contributions remain the same with either option.
If you own a medium-sized business (between 51 and 99 employees), we have dental, term life, disability, and a Healthy Outcomes Wellness Program available. This program can help your employees manage disabilities and avoid any complications.
If your business is 100 employees or larger, we can offer you self-funded or fully insured coverage plans. Term life, disability, dental, and voluntary plans are also available, some of which have the option of saving 5 percent on rates with the package Pricing Program. The Healthy Outcomes Wellness Program is also available.
